Everyone always talks about how precious babies are, but nobody ever tells you how newborns look like E.T. They come out all wrinkled and pale with overly long fingers, but everyone still loves them. Newborn babies sleep almost the entire day after they are born. They don’t always show an interest in eating, and they lose weight the first few days. Regardless of how they look or how long they sleep, everyone wants to spend time with a newborn. Some people just want to look because they are afraid of how fragile the baby is, but some people want to spend hours holding them. Newborns often bring people together. Everyone wants to treasure the short time of the baby being so small.
